This basic styled Civil War Dress/gown is a 2 piece design. it can be dressed up or down, depending on your accesssories. It is made of a 100% cotton fabric in Burgandy, with a beautiful print.

The bodice has a lovely jewel neckline with dropped shoulders. It has 2 piece coat styled sleeeves. it is fully lined with a straight hemline. It has 4 darts in front with princess seams in the back, for the perfect fit. The hemline has been hand finished, as have the sleeve hemlines. It closes in front with wood buttons.

The skirt is a full 180 inches around and has been hand pleated onto a matching waistband. it is hemmed to approximately 44 inches long.
