This 100% cotton fabric is lovely. It is a mottled royal blue. It is accented with hand pleated black satin ribbon.

The bodice has a lovely square neckline with pagoda styled sleeves. It has a faux vest made of black cotton. The bodice body is accented with hand pleated black satin ribbon, as are the sleeves. The slight, peplum hemline hangs gracefully over the skirt. The faux vest closes with silver metal buttons down the front.

the skirt is a full 180 inches around and has been hand pleated on a matching waistband. It is accented with a row of black lace and has been hemmed to approximately 44 inches and closes with hooks and eyes.
