This 100% cotton fabric is lovely. It is a beautiful red cotton. It is accented with 3 inch wide black Venice lace and hand pleated black grosgrain ribbon.

The bodice has a lovely square neckline with pagoda styled sleeves. It has a faux vest made of black cotton. The bodice body is accented with hand pleated black grosgrain ribbon, and the sleeves are accented with wide Venice lace. The slight, peplum hemline hangs gracefully over the skirt. The faux vest closes with black fabric covered buttons down the front.

the skirt is a full 180 inches around and has been hand pleated on a matching waistband. It is accented with a row of wide black Venice lace and has been hemmed to approximately 44 inches and closes with hooks and eyes.
