Olive Green w/Black Accents Civil War Dress-36

s beautiful olive green cotton with black braid accents done in a geometric pattern. It is an olive green background with tiny diamonds in a darker olive. The gimp Braid is a cotton blended braid.

The bodice and sleeves has 2 rows of braid done in a square, geometric design. It is accented mother of black fabric covered buttons.

The bodice has a lovely jewel neckline with dropped shoulders and Pagoda styled sleeves. It 4 darts in front with princess seams in the back, for the perfect fit. It is fully lined and closes down the front with mother of fabric covered buttons. The hemline has been hand finished. The sleeves have a square geometric design of matching black braid, as does the bodice.

The skirt is an extra full 180 inches around and has been hemmed to approximately 44 inches. It has been hand pleated onto a matching waistband and closes in the back with hooks and eyes. It has 2 rows of matching braid. The bottom braid runs around the entire skirt. The top row starts at the waistband, runs down rhe side front, around the skirt and back up the side front to the waistband of the skirt.

The gown, itself, measures waist of 36 inches with a bust of 46 inches .
