This beautiful 2 piece Civil War Ball gown is made of a lovely, shimmering deep red satin. The deep red has glitter effect. It is accented with wide, embroidered taffeta ribbon and matching white lace.

There is lace around the neckline, along with pale, pale silver taffeta ribbon with metallic silver embroidery. The sleeve bands are covered by lace, as well.

The bodice has an off the shoulder fit with full puffed sleeves. The neckline as been accented with white lace at both the top and bottom of the embroidered ribbon. The sleeves have been gathered onto a sleeve band, which has been accented with lace. The sleeves ave a matching baby blue satin pendant , which hangs gracefully over the full sleeve. The hemline has a deep v-shape in front with a narrower v in back. it is fully lined and closes with hidden hooks and eyes. The hemline has been hand finished.

The skirt is a full 180 inches. It has been accented with matching embroidererd ribbon, in a zigzag pattern. It catches the light beautifully. It has been hand pleated onto a matching waistband. It has been hemmed to approximately 44 inches. It closes with hooks and eyes.

The gown, itself, measures waist of 34 inches with a bust of 42 inches
