The cape and skirt are made of a blush velvet flocked taffeta. The sash is made of black satin. It is accented with black braid and grosgrain ribbon ties.

The cape is full with a ribbon tie in front, at the neck. It has 2 rows of black braid around the entire edge and a second row toward the bottom of the cape. It is fully lined in black satin.

The sash is about 120 inches long from tip to tip. It has a stiff inner liner in the waistband section to help hold its shape.

The skirt is a full 180 inches around with a drawstring waist to fit anyone. It is approximately 44 inches long, hemmed. It has 2 rows of matching black braid, also.
