This beautiful gown is made of a baby blue organza that has been accented with navy blue satin ribbon.

The bodice has an slight on the shoulder fit with full puffed sleeves. The neckline sits on the edge of the shoulder and has been trimmed with white lace and hand pleated navy satin ribbon. The sleeves are acted with matching white lace and navy satin ribbon. The hemline has a deep v shape in the front and a narrower one in the back. It has been hand finished. It closes with hooks and eyes in the back. The puffed sleeves have been gathered onto sleeve bands and have been trimmed with matching lace and ribbon.

The skirt is 3 tier design, with the bottom tier being 360 inches around, the middle tier being 270 inches around, and the top tier being 180 inches around. Each tier has been trimmed with navy satin ribbon. It is hemmed to approximately 45 inches long and is pleated onto a matching waistband.
