This is a 3 piece gown made of a wonderful shade of purple broadcloth, mixed with a black plaid that has purple, green and a hint of gold, 100% cotton. It is accented with black grosgrain ribbon.

The day dress bodice has a slight peplum to the hemline. It has wide pagoda sleeves. The wide sleeves have been trimmed with a gathered inset of the black plaid. It has a square or tea gown neckline. The hemline has matching black hand pleated ribbon. The faux vest in front is made of the black plaid. It closes down the front with fabric metal buttons.

The overskirt that has a v-shaped hemline, accented with slightly ruched grosgrain ribbon. It is 225 inches around and has 10 points at the hemline.

The underskirt has 6 tiers that have been accented with the solid purple broadcloth. The tiers are 270 inches around. It is fully lined and has been hand pleated onto a matching waistband. It is approximately 44 inches long, hemmed. It closes in the back with a metal button.
