The bodice is made of a navy embroidered silk and the skirt is a. Navy silk taffeta. It is accented with wide, venice lace. It as a huge skirt, which is 170 inches around.

The day dress bodice has a lovely, jewel neckline with dropped shoulders and wide pagoda styled sleeves. It 4 darts in front with princess seams in the back, for the perfect fit. It has a pointed hemline in front and back. It is fully lined and closes down the front with hidden hooks and eyes.

The bodice front and back are accented with wide lace, as is the hemline of the bodice. The sleeves have a row of matching braid, one at the sleeve opening and one row around the upper arm.

The skirt is a full 180 inches around and has been hemmed to approximately 44 inches. It has been hand pleated onto a matching waistband and closes with hooks and eyes. It has been accented with the same, venice lace.

The gown, itself, measures: waist of 40 inches with a bust of 48 inches
